The Cow An Eatery has been a Morrison favorite since the Lind family took over the historic 1940s diner in 2014, keeping its charm while elevating the focus on fresh, homemade food. Surrounded by the beauty of Red Rocks and the local community, the restaurant uses a team-service approach to create a friendly, welcoming experience for every guest.
